To restrict a user or group from accessing a page:

1. Log in as an Admin user
2. Click on Admin in the upper-right corner
   1. 
3. Select Access Control List Managment
   1. 
4. Select the page to restrict
   1. 
5. Select the Permission for desired group
   1. 
6. Select the desired permission (May have to select Select
   1. 
7. Select Save
   1. 
8. The ACL Rules table will have a new entry
   1. 
9. Test
   1. 
10. Done
