  - In Synology NAS
    - Control Panel—>Shared Folders
    - Select the Shared folder
    - Select Edit
    - Select NFS Permissions tab
      - Select Create
         - Add IP: 10.0.0.0/8
         - Privilege: Read/Write
         - Squash: No mapping
         - Security: sys
         - Asynchronous: Yes
         - Allow user to access mounted subfolders: Yes
         - Select Ok
       - Select Ok
  - In vCenter
    - Select Datacenter
    - Right click—>Storage—>New Datastore
    - Type
      - NFS
      - Select Next
    - NFS Version
      - NFS 4.1
      - Select Next
    - Name and Configuration
      - Name: NAS-Software
      - Folder: /volume1/Software-nas1
      - Server: 192.168.1.205
      - Select Add
      - Select Next
    - Kerberos authentication
      - Don’t use
      - Select Next
    - Hosts accessibility
      - Select the host
      - Select Next
    - Ready to complete
      - Finish
