A student membership with https://www.acm.org/ costs $19/yr and includes access to O'Reilly and Skillsoft Books if you pay an additional fee. Email ACM support for details. I used to have an ACM Student Membership.
  * ACM is a hard website to navigate, just be patient and look over the entire webpage if you can't find what you're looking for. I'm not sure who designed it, but they should be fired.
